Operation Ball Gown is an annual event put on the Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) and Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) before the Marine Corps Balls. There are giveaways, a fashion show, delicious sweets, drinks, and food, a photo booth, and free ball gowns! The first time I went to one was in 2010, where I volunteered to be a model during the fashion show. That is a whole different story! I missed the one last year, so this year I actually got to sit down and be a spectator. It was soo much fun! Unfortunately, this will be my last Operation Ball Gown event since my husband is getting out of the Corps.

I want to thank my amazing husband who took care of Aubrey
all by himself for 4 hours! What a trooper! It was a night filled with fun, friends, laughs, and some much needed stress relief! Can we do it again, please? I miss you ladies so much already!
